Using thought-provoking, realistic scenarios, the course also empowers employees to take positive steps to support a positive work culture through bystander intervention.
Preventing Harassment and Discrimination in the Global Workplace
This best-practices course provides the same foundational bystander intervention content as the U.S.-focused courses but with additional content to meet the needs of learners across the globe. First, learners gain an understanding of how discrimination, harassment, and other harmful behaviors can manifest in the workplace. Then, they learn more about how to be an active bystander in situations involving harmful behavior. Finally, learners are presented with strategies for upholding a workplace culture based on the global standards of respect, acceptance, and inclusion.

This course teaches supervisors how to promptly conduct investigations upon learning of problems. Learners will gain knowledge to go forth and confidently conduct investigations in the workplace.
