About This Course

Substance abuse can pose serious risks to employee safety, workplace culture, and organizational compliance. ComplyEQ’s Drugs and Alcohol at Work training helps organizations build awareness around the dangers of drug and alcohol use at work, equipping employees with the knowledge to recognize risks, understand the impact of substance abuse, and follow workplace policies designed to keep everyone safe.

For supervisors, recognizing and responding to substance-related concerns is a critical responsibility. ComplyEQ’s supervisor-focused Recognizing Drug and Alcohol Abuse training goes deeper, providing practical guidance on identifying signs of impairment, evaluating reasonable suspicion, and responding appropriately while respecting employee rights and legal requirements. Together, these courses support a consistent, informed approach to substance abuse prevention and response across the organization.

Skill-building scenario – These are realistic character-based scenarios with a description of the situation, usually 2-3 answer choices, and feedback for each answer choice. Learners generally must select the correct answer to proceed.
