The course introduces core ideas in an approachable way and emphasizes practical behaviors employees can apply in everyday interactions.
This course pairs well with Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging to offer a long-term diversity training plan. It can be also be delivered as a complete program or as standalone modules, providing the flexibility to tailor learning to your organization’s needs.

Skill-building scenario – These are realistic character-based scenarios with a description of the situation, usually 2-3 answer choices, and feedback for each answer choice. Learners generally must select the correct answer to proceed.
Horizontal progress disclosure – Component where the learner starts with one card, and a next button reveals 1-2 additional cards across the page. There are usually multiple sets of cards. This is useful when the content prompts the learner to reflect on a question or prompt before revealing more information.
Live action video scenario – Single videos used to present a scenario, often followed by a reflection or check for understanding question.
