About This Course
This course introduces the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) which gives consumers the right to control more of the personal information that is collected by organizations. It includes the 2023 updates from the CPRA, companies’ compliance obligations under the CCPA, their role in supporting those efforts, and the employer’s obligations to appropriately respond to consumer requests to delete, disclose, or opt out of the sale of personal information.
