About This Course

ComplyEQ’s Workplace Ethics: Our Code of Conduct course equips employees with the knowledge and confidence to make ethical decisions at work—every day. Through engaging, real‑world scenarios and interactive activities, learners explore what a Code of Conduct is, why it matters, and how individual actions directly impact organizational integrity. The course helps employees recognize ethical dilemmas, understand anti‑retaliation and whistleblower protections, and reinforces the importance of speaking up when something doesn’t feel right.

Designed for all employees, this course goes beyond high‑level principles to address the situations people actually face at work. Topics include conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, protecting company information, bribery and corruption, antitrust and competition, insider trading, and global trade compliance. With built‑in knowledge checks, the training supports consistent understanding across the organization, helping build a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct. This course can be delivered as a complete nine-module program or as standalone modules, providing the flexibility to tailor learning to your organization’s needs.

Skill-building scenario – These are realistic character-based scenarios with a description of the situation, usually 2-3 answer choices, and feedback for each answer choice. Learners generally must select the correct answer to proceed.
