Skill-building scenario – These are realistic character-based scenarios with a description of the situation, usually 2-3 answer choices, and feedback for each answer choice. Learners generally must select the correct answer to proceed.

Flip cards – Component that allows learners to read content on the front of a card, then flip to the back to read additional content.

Interview-style video – Interviews with both subject matter experts and employees that share personal experiences from their point of view.  

Motion Graphics – These visuals simplify complex information, capture learners’ attention, represent abstract or sensitive topics, support multicultural audiences, and promote retention.
